Sibson-cum-Stibbington is a civil parish now in the City of Peterborough unitary authority of Cambridgeshire, England. The parish includes the villages of Sibson and Stibbington, together with Wansford railway station.

Before 1894 it was a civil parish in the Norman Cross Hundred of the county of Huntingdonshire. From 1894 to 1935 the parish became a single-parish rural district under the administrative responsibility of Barnack Rural District in the Soke of Peterborough even though the parish remained in County of Huntingdonshire. In 1935 it transferred to Norman Cross Rural District where it remained until 1974 when it was transferred to the Peterborough District.

Sibson is a village now in the far northwest corner of the Huntingdonshire District in Cambridgeshire, England in the civil parish of Sibson cum Stibbington. It is near Wansford in the city of Peterborough. Sibson Aerodrome is 1 km south of the village.

Stibbington is a village which lies in a loop of the River Nene and in the civil parish of Sibson cum Stibbington. It is near Wansford on the Great North Road, in the city of Peterborough.

The village is about 6½ miles from Peterborough. The church stands about a quarter of a mile east of the Great North Road near the ford to Sutton. Stibbington Hall, near the church, is a 17th-century house. Stibbington House lies between the Oundle Road and the Nene, and was the residence of Sir Stephen Hastings. Stibbington Manor Farm, on the southwest side of the road near Sibson Manor House, was built about 1625.
