Ipsden is a village and civil parish in the Chiltern Hills in the South Oxfordshire District of Oxfordshire, England, about 3 miles (5 km) southeast of Wallingford. It is almost equidistant from Oxford and Reading, Berkshire.

The civil parish covers an area of 11.00 km2 (4.25 sq mi) and in the UK census of 2011 had a population of 325. The parish includes the hamlet of Hailey, immediately north of Ipsden village.
