Facts and Events
Name Warrington Spiller
Gender Male
Birth[3] Est 1737 Prince William, Virginia, United States
Marriage to Unknown
Residence[1] 1767 Prince William, Virginia, United States
Residence[4] Bef 1789 Tennessee, United States

The Ancestral File[2] assigns him 2 wives: Leanna Nicholas and Lydia Farrow, both born about the same year (too early to be the mother of son Warrington) and both married to Warrington about the same time. All the children are assigned to Leanna, who is implied to be the second wife. It is not clear if this is true or just assumed for convenience sake. In any case, if Warrington was his son, then one of his wives must have been born about 1745 or later.

He is listed as Wadd Spiller in 1767, presumably a transcription error. He is in the rolls as Warrington Spiller in 1760 (earlier references are assumed to be his father).

  2. JG9D-79, in Ancestral File.
  3. Birth year estimated based on birth years of his children and the fact that he is on a rental roll in 1760.
  4. Birth of his son Warrington (assuming his birth place in the 1850 census is accurate). If son Benjamin's birth place as given at Find A Grave is also correct, then Warrington may have moved to Tennessee by the mid 1770's.
