Ula O. Tullis, 71, of 1219 West St., died Wednesday at 7 P.M. at St. Joseph Hospital. She was a secretary at Ottumwa Heights College.

Born March 22, 1906 in Ottumwa,Iowa to Samuel J. and Anna P. Gayer Kitterman, she had lived in Ottumwa, Iowa most of her life and was a member of the First Lutheran Church. She married Edward Tullis who preceded her in death.

Survivors include; three brothers, Lee Kitterman of Durango, Colo., Lloyd Kitterman of Colorado Springs, Colo., and Floyd Kitterman of Moline, Ill.

Services will be Saturday at 1:30 P.M. at Jay Funeral Home, the Rev. Richard Faust of First Lutheran Church officiating. Burial will be in Kitterman Cemetery.
