CHARLTON HEIGHTS - Tobias Ward Joseph Baker, 23, of Charlton Heights died July 19, 1998, in a boating accident in Harewood.

He was employed on a riverboat by Amherst Industries, was a member of St. Anthony's Shrine Catholic Church, Boomer, attended West Virginia Tech, Montgomery, and was a graduate of Valley High School, Smithers.

Surviving: mother and stepfather, Ann Wardwell and Mike Sayre of Charlton Heights; father, Joseph Baker of Falls View; sister, Elia Baker of Charlton Heights; grandparents, Amerigo Ricky and Delores Baker of Boomer, Jerry and Barbara Wardwell of Widen.
