I originally received names for Thomas and his wife Elizabeth from a family tree for his daughter Louisa. There were no sources and his daughters death certificate does not list her parents names but as I am attempting to find further information I am able to make information I have found match to Thomas and Elizabeth.

I have not seen an image of the 1881 UK census which would show the household and likely provide further information. I have come across listings for both Louisa and Thomas located in Salisbury during the 1881 census. There are 2 Thomas Williams in Salisbury during the 1881 census. One is a blacksmith and aged 74 which seems to be the wrong person in comparison to Thomas Williams the 44 year old boot and shoe maker with an estimated birth year of 1837.

FamilySearch.org provides a few likely options for the birth of Thomas and the England and Wales marriage index shows a Thomas Williams marrying in Salisbury during 1867 however there is another male in the same index reference and the names of the two females are Elizabeth Randall and Eliza Hayward.
