Kiebel Otto E, 91, died Jan. 1 at Sacred Heart Home. He was born Jan. 4, 1893 in Noble County, the son of Otto F. and Wilhelmina (Menzel) Kiebel. He married Cecilia K. Gabet Aug. 6, 1924 in Kendallville. She died Feb. 9, 1960. He was a lifetime Kendallville resident and was a 22 year employee of McCray Refrigeration, retiring in 1960. He was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church and its Holy Name Society. Surviving are two daughters, Rose Marie, Kendallville, and Marilynn J. Breyan of Cherry Hill, N.J.; a son, Francis A. "Bud" of New Haven; 10 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Three sisters and two brothers preceded him in death. Services were Friday at Immaculate Conception Church. Burial, St. John the Baptist Cemetery, New Haven. ~ 1-10-1985 + 1-1-1985
