Otha D Leggett was born on November 30, 1898 in Kentucky, United States. His parents were John Thomas and Virginia Davis (Johnson) Leggett [1] In 1900 He lived in Sharpsburg, Bath, Kentucky, United States with his parents and 5 siblings. He was 2 years old. [1] In 1920 He lived in Bourbon County, Kentucky, United States with his wife and son. He was employed as a Farmer and they were renting their home. [2] He passed away on 10 May 1967 in Bourbon County, Kentucky, United States. [3]
