Michael Farrell was born on 10th April 1883 in Dublin. He was a twin with his sister Rosanna. He was the son of a tailor named John Farrell and his wife Rosanna Reid. Michael probably died young - in 1911 Rosanna reported that although she had had ten children only three were then living.
