Division of Joshua's estate made by probate court 10 June 1712—'the Remainder thereof be divided to y^e Child of y^e Said Deceased w^ch yeilds … to the child, £55=06=8 2/3.' … 1713. Dec. 31.—Mary⁴ died sometime during this year, for the property given to her in 1712 now falls to the 'Legatees to the estate,' viz., Joshua’s wife, sister and brothers."
