MRS. CHAS. M'GUIRE Mrs. Chas. McGuire, who had been a resident of the town of Almond, this county, since 1862, died at her home one week ago last Friday, after an illness of eight weeks, aged 81 years. She was born in Ireland and her maiden name was Ellen Cassidy. She was married in her native land to Chas. McGuire in 1852 and then came to America soon thereafter, living at Wilmington, Delaware, for six years, later going to Lower Canada, where they remained four years, and then came to Wisconsin. She was the mother of five children, and those who survive her are Owen of Grand Rapids, Mrs. J. T. Smith and Mrs. C. J. Olson, of Almond. The funeral took place from the Almond Catholic Church one week ago last Monday and was very largely attended, old friends and relatives being present from different places. Mrs. W. J.
