Research Notes

  • Note of Caution: Many researchers have claimed that William Ball had 2-3 wives. The 1697 Will of Margaret (Williamson) Ball names her as a widow and names the same children as those found in William Ball's 1694 Will, thereby proving that if she was not the only wife of William Ball, she was certainly the last one.
