The first and last two entries seem to confuse the Margaret _____ who first married John Fish and then Samuel Cleveland in 1699 with another Margaret (maybe Freeman) who married another John Fish. There does not appear to be a marriage between a Samuel Cleveland and a Margaret in 1737.
Many compilers give the maiden name of the Margaret who married Samuel Cleveland as "Stark" - which appears to be a confusion with the Martha Stark who married (probably) yet another John Fish.
It would be safe to say that the maiden name of the Margaret who married Samuel Cleveland is unknown.
