Eulogy given by daughter-in-law,Patty Crumrine at graveside:
Loise Mable Pollet was born in LaHarpe Kansas in 1919 to Minnie Marvel Parkhurst and Clarence Chester Pollet. She graduated High School in 1938, and in 1939 married Kenneth Crumrine. She gave birth two two sons, Donald Eugene and David Edward. In 1948, when the two boys were small, They moved to Wyoming in a harsh and widespread blizzard. For a while they lived in Garland. Loise divorced Kenneth in 1951 and became a single mom. She worked at J.C.Penney's in Powell for many years and continued to raise her two boys by herself.

In 1957 she married Logan Willis Moore, lovingly called "Bill" and the family moved to Greybull. Loise gave birth to a third son, Glen Willis, in 1958 and began to raise a second generation.

She was an avid rock hound and she loved to sew. In the 60s she was active in civil defense.

She was kind, and her greatest joy was making a home for her all-male family.

After Bill retired, they farmed for a few years in Otto, and later sold the farm and moved back to Greybull.

Bill died in 1997, and she spent many years alone, staying busy helping to raise two of her grandchildren, Clair and Shelly. She walked to town almost daily unless the weather was bad.

She never desired to learn to drive or ride a bicycle, although for a short time she did had an adult 3-wheeled bike.

In 2008, as her eyesight deteriorated from macular degeneration, she decided to move to the Pioneer Home in Thermopolis for assisted living. Over a year later, after her son Donald died, she decided to move to Oregon, which was a much warmer climate. She lived more independently in her own apartment in Fountain Plaza, a retiremnt community.

She went about her days making new friends and visiting with family. She attended plays and musicals and concerts with Dave and family and was inolved in lots of family functions. She participated in a few things within the Plaza and was able to frequently go out shopping, out to have a manicure and pedicure and lunches with her granddaughter Angie.

Friday morning on her way to breakfast, she collapsed. The Plaza staff called 911 and David, Angie and I met the ambulance at the hospital. After a couple of hours, she drifted into a coma, we remained with her, and as she took her final breath, we were holding her and supporting her journey.

During the afternoon, she was given a beautiful, small handmade transition quilt, chosen by Dave. We put it on her, and only a few minutes later she stopped breathing. As she was taken from the hospital, she was still covered in the transition quilt, and when Dave picked her up to make the trip to Wyoming, she was still covered in the little quilt, and it remained on her as we drove her here to Powell. It remains on her now, as a symbol of God's love covering her and as a symbol of the love we all share for her here today.
