Katie's obituary reads, "KATHRYN "KATIE" ROSE GLADIEUX, 5 months, died at 2:55 p.m. Sunday at Lutheran Hospital. She was born in Fort Wayne. Surviving are her mother, Michelle S. Gladieux; grandparents, Eugene and Nancy Eicher of New Haven and Adrian and Rosemary Gladieux of Fort Wayne; and great-grandmother, Merrie Winans of Fort Wayne. Services at 10 a.m. Thursday at D. O. McComb & Sons Lakeside Park Funeral Home, 1140 Lake Ave. Calling from 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. Burial in Catholic Cemetery.
