1936 - Obituary in Lindenwood College Bulletin, March: Mrs Julia Marie Greenway, wife of Charles M. Greenway, Jr., manager of the Gazette of Grand rapids, Mich., died December 27 in Bronson Hospital, Grand Rapids. She had been ill four weeks. Mrs Greenway, the former Miss Julia Marie Horner (B. S. in Physical Education, 1922), was a graduate of Lindenwood college where she majored in physical education. During her college days she won honours in music and dramatics and was the author of several notable college plays and songs. She was active in the Service Club and many other local organisations of Grand Rapids. She is survived by her husband and four sons.
