John Woolvin was born in 1853 at North Mundham in Sussex, son of Emily Woolvin, formerly Grant, and her husband Edmund Woolvin, an agricultural labourer. John appears in the 1861 census living with his parents and siblings at Brinfast in North Mundham. He has yet to be researched after 1861.
