MARRIAGE: to Margaret Aikin. (JMSeaver, 1924)

MILITARY:

Volunteered for service in US Army in April 9, 1917, 3 days after declaration of war. Went to officer's training camp in Conn. Commissioned 2nd lieutenant and after numerous transfer , was attached to 73rd Engineers Regiment and promoted to 1st Lieut. He was retained in this country as engineering and development work most of the time (JMSeaver, 1924).
