  5. ↑ The family felt that JJ did not get good care at the hospital and that there may have been some negligence involved in his death. On the day he died when the family asked for his file, they were brought a file of another Gibson man who was in ICU at the same time. This also made the family think that they had gotten the charts of the two men confused and may have given JJ the wrong medicine as a result.
