Susan McGown Mary Ann Skillern b. ca 1820 m. Audley M. Anderson A number of these siblings settled in Madison County, TN as early as 1822, and several settled near each other in Arkansas during the 1850s. Anderson, I.C.A., and George all lived in the Lonoke, Prairie and White County areas, where I.C.A. and his soon-to-be son-in-law, Thomas J. Payne, both witnessed Anderson Skillern's will - and both were attorneys as well as merchants. The will, dated 27 May, 1857, appoints "my brother Isaac C. A. Skillern the executor thereof."
