Thomas Walker, gent., of Albemarle County, and Mildred to Andrew Lewis, £300, two tracts, A containing 190 acres on Peters Creek, conveyed by James Patton to James Bean, 28th November, 1751, and by him to Thomas Walker, 16th May, 1764 and B lying on Goose Creek, a branch of Roan Oke River, part of 400 acres formerly in the seisin of James Burk and by him conveyed to James Bean, 18th May, 1758, and by him to Thomas Walker, 16th May, 1764, 117 acres.
