The will of Harry P Binns, well known resident of Buchanan who died July 7, was filed today with Probate Judge Malcolm Hattfield. The estate is valued at $5,000 in personal property and $15,000 real estate. Under the terms of his will th estate will be shared by his widow, Tamerson Binns, Buchanan, three daughters, Reba Lamb, Buchanan, Nina Bettencourt, Alameda, Calif., Ruth Stanley, Ridgewood, NJ, and one son, Clem Binns, of Niles.
