    Will of "Gideon Wright" dated 14 May 1685, mentions "my eldest Sone peter Wright all my right of that Homesteed belonging to me w'ch was of late in ye possession of my Mother Alice Crabbe lately deceased formerly belonging to my ffather peter Wright", "my other four Sons", "my three daughters", "my wife", "my Sons Anthony & Gideon". Also, a memorandum noting that he appointed four overseers: "his Brother Job Wright his Brother in Law Edmond Wright his Brother in Law James Townsend and his Cosin John Townsend at ye Mill".
