Kingsbury of Holloway, Ohio; Homer Kingsbury of Canal Fulton, Ohio, and Addie Parsons of Gallipolis, Ohio, by this marriage.

On May 24, 1896 he married Matilda J. Lynch and had four children by this marriage. They are Cleo C. Kingsbury, Grantsville; Mrs. Vera Smith, Sandyville; Sarah Anderson, Spencer, and Charles Rector Kingsbury, who preceded him in death in 1943.

Besides his widow and children, he is survived by one brother, C. E. Kingsbury of Parkersburg; five grandchildren and three great- grandchildren.
