  • 3 March 1779 - Land Grant, State of North Carolina, No. 6 to George Black of Cane Creek, 600 acres on Cane Creek adjoining Abraham Fulkerson, Daniel Duncan, Francis Wright, Hugh McKain, John Black and crossing Cane Creek. [Caswell County Deed Book A, page 130].
