Kiebel Francis "Bud", 57, of 1522 Tartan Lane, New Haven, died Saturday in Parkview Hospital, Fort Wayne. He was born in Dekalb County Jan. 10, 1930, the son of Otto and Cecilia (Gabet) Kiebel. On Oct. 3, 1953 he married Marcie Kreig. A Kendallville High School graduate, he moved to New Haven 15 years ago from Elkhart. He had been a manager for 22 years for Kroger Co., serving the Kendallville and New Haven stores. He was currently maintenance supervisor of St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, of which he was a member, and School. He was a U. S. Navy veteran. On June 11, 1983 he was ordained a permanent deacon in the Roman Catholic Church. He was a third degree K of C member and New Haven Lions Club member. Surviving are his wife; four daughters, Paula Coil of Houston, Texas; Margaret Anderson of New Haven; Barbara, Fort Wayne, and Mary at home; a son, Michael F. of Saranac Lake, N.Y.; two sisters, Marilynn Breyan, Cherry Hill, N.J.; and Rose Marie, Kendallville; and four grandchildren. Services will be Tuesday in St. John the Baptist Church, New Haven. Burial, church cemetery. + 4-11-1987
