Notes from internet Genealogy.com 'Lambertson Family Genealogy Forum' Submitted by: Patric Lambertson/2/28/2006- Eugene Townsend Lambertson was the third son of Harry Allen Lambertson and Hattie Mae Fitzgerald (also known as Hattie Mae Peckham). He was born 30 Jul 1900 in Beresford, South Dakota. In April of 1937 he took an undisclosed amount of money from his uncle Ed's grain elevator business (Iowa) and disappeared, leaving behind a wife and four children. His family has spent a considerable amount of time and money attempting to learn of Gene's whereabouts. No one has heard from or about him in 69 years. It is possible that he changed his name. Any information, no matter how thin, would be appreciated.
