  9. ↑ In four censuses Emily/Emma is listed with her mother, establishing her identity. Twice as Emma, once as Emily and once as Emeline. Her birth varies from 1838 to 1840 and the birth location may be either Massachusetts or New Hampshire. Later censuses show her younger and indicate a birth in New Hampshire. There are two death records, both on the same date with same age, but each indicating a different set of parents. The ones that are Justus and Louisa appear correct, and the others are presumed to be an error.
