Elmer Frederick
d. Bet 1910 and 1920 Texas
Facts and Events
I have not found an actual death date for Elmer, but I located his two daughters in the State Orphan Home in Bartlett, Williamson, Texas on the 1920 census. In 1920, Bernice is back living with her mother, but with a step-father John M Allen, so I am assuming Elmer died before 1920.
