    EDWARD OBERLEY FUNERAL THURSDAY. Services for Edward C. Oberley, 81, of Zulu will be at 9:30 a.m. Thursday in Marquart Funeral Home, Monroeville and 10 a.m. in St. Louis Catholic Church, Besancon, the Rev. Edward Keever officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home after 7 p.m. today. Rosary services will be at 8 p.m. Wednesday. Mr. Oberley, ill since early spring, died at 3 a.m. yesterday in Parkview Memorial Hospital where he had been a patient since June 1. A native of Allen County, he and his wife operated a restaurant and service station in Zulu 30 years. His wife died 30 days ago. He was a member of the St. Louis Catholic Church. Surviving are three daughters, Mrs. Bernice Johnson, Mrs. Celeste Thomas, and Miss Audrey, all of rural Monroeville; one brother, Russell, rural Monroeville; 15 grandchildren; and 20 great-grandchildren.
