m. 1 Mar 1884 - Edith Emma Robinson1885 -
Facts and Events
Edith Emma Robinson was born in 1885 at Horsham in Sussex, daughter of a laundress named Elizabeth Robinson, formerly Godsmark, and her second husband William Joseph Robinson. When Edith was only about two years old, her father died. Two years later, when Edith was four years old, her mother married for a third time, with a bricklayer called George Fuller becoming Edith's stepfather.
Edith appears in the 1891, 1901 and 1911 censuses living at Victoria Street in Horsham with her mother, stepfather and some of her half siblings from her mother's other marriages. In both 1901 and 1911 Edith was working as a laundress. She has yet to be researched after 1911.
