Wilson, David - entered service 1781 in Rockbridge County, Virginia, in Virginia company; died there 6/2/1828; married there 2/28/1799 Elizabeth Patton by Reverend John Young; widow granted bounty land warrant #94814 there in 1855 at age 80; Ann Wilson & James P. Wilson (both no kinship given) made affidavit there then, per County Justice of the Peace Harvey Risk, County Court Clerk Charles Chapin. F-BLW94814, R2605.

This could be David Wilson, son of James Wilson and Rebecca Wilson of Rockbridge County (not proven, more research necessary).
