Charles Wilmot is possibly the son of Thomas Wilmot and Ann, baptized on 2 Oct 1788 at age 15 months in Temple Church, Bristol, Gloucester, England [Source: FHL Film #1596178, Item 4]. He married Rachel Carr on 26 Nov 1833 in Sussex, Kings, New Brunswick, Canada [They both made their mark on their marriage record]. Charles and Rachel had at least four children; three daughters and one son. It appears that Charles most likely died before 1871 as he does not appear in the census that year. He made his living as a brickmaker.

Children: Susan A. (1840-1914), Sarah A. (1851-1899), William (1855-?), Alice (1858-1881)
