We answer your questions for the 12th of this month (March) that the Estate
from your Father Carl KIRSCH who died 28 December 1868. We have no information
about the Estate. We would only have something if your Father had an official
Will made out. Everything from non-documential Wills are tax free through our
regulations. All the document Wills went to the Kings Court in those days, now
it goes through the Kings Supreme Court and that is the place you should write
and get the answers of your questions. This Court should also appoint a
representative from out of the town lawyers.
