After receiving his first 20 acres from his brother in 1700, Caleb appears frequently as a grantor and grantee of land in the Swansea area, usually to/from members of his own family. On 13 Apr 1734, he sold to Daniel Hill, his recent son-in-law, lots 30 and 31 in the 10 acre division of Swansea.
Will mentions daughter Elizabeth, wife of Daniel Hill, as well as wife Bethiah, sons Elisha, Edward, and Michael and daughters Ann Kinnicutt, Abigail Child, Amy Harding, and Bethiah Anthony.(Eddy Family in America)
