Audrey's obituary reads, "AUDREY M. OBERLEY, 71, died at 9:43 p.m. Monday at Parkview Memorial Hospital. She was a native and lifelong resident of Zulu, in east Allen County before moving to Monroeville in January. She retired in 1981 from the General Electric after 40 years. Surviving are several nieces and nephews. Services at 9:50 a.m. Friday at Marquart & Jacobs Funeral Home, Monroeville, with a funeral Mass at 10:30 a.m. Friday at St. Louis Besancon Catholic Church, New Haven. Calling from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 9 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home with a vigil service at 7:30 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial in the church cemetery, New Haven. Memorials to the church for Masses or the Monroeville EMS." [Fort Wayne Journal Gazette, Wednesday 4 September 1991, pg. 3C]

She is buried at the Besancon Cemetery at St. Louis Catholic Church in New Haven, Indiana.
