- Arlene E. Bosma, 94, of Alden, passed away Thursday, at Crystal Pines Nursing Home in Crystal Lake.
She was born in Ridgefield, to Edward and Emma (Sellhofer) Rossman. She was married to Charles Bosma on Aug 6, 1951, in Hebron.
She worked at Woodstock Die Casting in Woodstock, starting Aug 23, 1939, and worked there for 35 years. She an her husband operated the Dairy Ice Cream Place in Genoa City, WI.
She was a member of Alden United Methodist Church for many years.
After retiring, she and her husband spent their winters in Florida.
She is survived by her sister, Alice Fedrowitz of Marengo.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Charles on April 10, 2001; and a sister, Ruth Schuring of Harvard.
