    Copy of a Newspaper clipping dated(by hand)Dec 19, 1984: Anna M.Kozak of Binghamton Anna M.Kozak, 96, of 14 Field St. died Tues Morn in Scranton after a long illness. She was predeceased by 3 sons: Elmer, John, & George Kozak & 1 dau, Ethel Porter. She is survived by 1 dau: Miss Margaret Kozak of Binghamton & 2 sons: Joseph Kozak of Binghamton & Edward Kozak of Conklin. Also several grandchildren, great-grandchildren & neices & nephews. She was a retired employee of Lourdes Hospital & a member of St.Cyril & Method Church, its Altar & Rosary Society, the Secular Franciscans & the First Catholic Slovak Ladies Union. Funeral Services will be held Thurs at 8.30am from Sedlock Funeral Home, Inc 161 Clinton St. and at 9am at St.Cyril's Church where a Mass of Christian Burial will be offered. Burial in Slovak Catholic Cemetery. NOTE: her younger sister is Mrs Susan Shangula, who lived next door to Thomas & Helen Valko in Barnesboro, PA and her husband is half-brother to Mary Kozak Valco.
