- Vol. 2 - Marriage Bond: 1792--July 31, Andrew Wardlaw and Saml. Fulton, surety. Andrew Wardlaw and Margaret Fulton (spinster), daughter of Mary Fulton (consent). Witness, James Fulton, Saml. Fulton.
- Vol. 2 - SEPTEMBER, 1798 (A to G). - John Brown vs. Saml. Mitchel, And. Wardlaw. 317 acres in Rockbridge. Survey Aug. 1, 1774 for George Moffett by James Trimble 328 acres. Deed by Borden to Charles Donely 11 Feby, 1741-2, 231 acres 1 R 32 P--part of 92100, on Mophet's Creek, cor. James Cook--ye Barrens.
- Vol. 2 - Page 140--Andrew Wardlaw deposes, 5th April, 1806, John Bowyer gave title bond to John Smith for 200 acres; Smith assigned to James Gordon, who assigned to James Wardlaw, deponent's father. Wm. Wardlaw deposes, ditto, it is 35 years ago that Bowyer gave bond to Smith.
