Usage Tips

May be ordered through the nearest Family History Center.

There are 4 volumes.

Page numbering is a little ambiguous. The original numbering sequences the sketches and are typed at the top of the page (the digit one is typed as a capital I). On the copy viewable online, page numbers are stamped in the upper right hand corner with a different font.

The index uses the individual numbers and the sketch numbers. It comes at the beginning of volume 1, and lists given names of Calkins first, and then has a list of other names. Index pages are not numbered.
