Neither Dorothy nor Harriet is listed in the Estes Notes[1], but both appear in the 1850 census for this household. As it is not known when these notes were compiled, it is hard to tell if this is significant. One intuitive speculation is that they died not long after this census, unmarried, but other scenarios, such as moving away, could also explain this.

    [No marriage date is indicated, but children include Isaac, James b. 1827 and others. In 1850 census, Isaac is 24, in 1860 he is 35, and he appears to have died by 1870 as his wife is shown as head of household. This suggests Isaac is the eldest child of this marriage, born 1825-1826, and so the marriage is estimated to be about 1825 given Martha's birth in mid 1805.]
