Indentury dated 22 Mar 1663/64 between Ruth (Leete) Dalton and Nathaniel Batcheller of Hampton, her "constituted heir", that he pay certain legacies, including to Deborah Smith wife of John Smith, Elizabeth wife of Joseph Merry, Phebe wife of Thomas Arnall, Joseph Parker [i.e., Parkhurst], George Parker [i.e., Parkhurst], and Mary wife of Thomas Carter of Woburn. Combined with various other documents (George and Joseph Parkis write receipts for legacies of their Aunt Dalton), these are nieces and nephews, presumed to be children of George Parkhurst and Phebe Leete.
