Are we DNA matches for the Morrow side? [11 October 2012]

Hi there!

I was just checking on the werelate site and found your name. We come up as "matches" on the Morrow DNA project. Looks like you are related to Thomas Morrow of PA, married to Susanna Foster.

My line reaches a brick wall at Elijah Morrow, born 1828 (married to Jacintha Raymond). We think he was born in Kentucky but he moved to Indiana and likely died there between 1860-1866.

We have been trying to trace the family back further but the Indiana courthouse where all the records were kept was flooded a number of years ago and we've never come up with anything. We joined the DNA project several years ago hoping to find someone who could help fill in the blanks.

You can find my site (unfinished) at www.morrows.us.

Our lore says five Morrow brothers came from Ireland. Three were killed by Indians, one went West (ours) and the other South.

Since we are DNA matches, I'd like to share information and see if we are related.

Please email me at DelinWareham@yahoo.com. I live in Utah.

Thanks! Kind Regards, Delin Wareham--Dwareham 00:28, 11 October 2012 (EDT)

Some of your pages look like living people [15 March 2015]

Hello -- I was reviewing some Yockey-related pages and found Family:Roy Yockey and Alice Hooks (1) where I think that all of the children might fall into the living or potentially-living category (i.e. birth year <110 years ago). I wanted to see if you had a comment as I am considering tagging these for speedy deletion, as recommended at WeRelate:Person & Family page patrol#Living people. --ceyockey 03:49, 15 March 2015 (UTC)

You are probably correct. I don't have any death dates for any of their children, so they can be deleted for now as living persons. Thanks Sue Gregg--Xpm17503 14:04, 15 March 2015 (UTC)
