Howard family ties [3 May 2012]

My name is Patricia Beavers Ford. My husband is a descendant of Joshua Ford, whose grandmother was Rebecca Howard, who was married to Stephen Ford, born 1731, Baltimore MD, If you do not have it Rebecca and Ruthama married brothers. I believe the family tie to the "Duke of Norfolk" is thru Edmund Howard. I checked it out on LDS was able to confirm a link to the family. It gets confusing for me dealing with the Howard surname. The Ford had a way of using it as a middle name honouring the the family even more.--Fordohio 00:15, 3 May 2012 (EDT)

Eratus Howard 1788 - the one that married Catherine Demorest? [6 November 2013]

Hi,

Is the Eratus Howard b 1788 in your DNA project intended to represent the Eratus Howard who married Catherine Demorest and died 1832 in the mill pond in Demorestville, Ontario?

I am working on adding all descendants up to 1903 to WeRelate (Nathan Hayden Howard's done so far).

Also, I am on 23andme (and my dad will be soon) and have already made a match with another descendant of Eratus and Catherine.
