William Bassett [1 January 2015]

I noticed you merged William Bassett (2) and William Bassett (15), despite the note on the page not to merge them unless there was evidence that the immigrant was the son of the listed parents (whose dates and places do not match the information on William). Do you have any such evidence? If you do, please put it on William's. Also, please add evidence as to why the immigrant William is the same person who married Cecily Light (Sisle LECHT), who Great Migration thinks is a generation older. The Bassett pages are a mess; if you have evidence on these points, it would be welcome (conversely, if you don't we need to stop combining pages without evidence).
