Third Edition of the Welles Genealogy [27 February 2016]

Just received my copy plus the second and third volumes from lulu.com. I'm not a Welles descendant but do have a strong interest in colonial families in the Connecticut valley and along the shore. These will be invaluable as I continue to poke around in this area.

Specific question - page 241 of the third edition, #56, the second Samuel Smith is assigned to Benjamin Smith's first wife, Mary Baldwin. Only his baptism is given, and his later life is not discussed. Mrs. Abbott on page 677 of FEM gives his a wife (Margaret Fowler) and two children. Is Mrs. Abbott wrong, or did his marriage just slip through the cracks at some point?
