Image license [11 October 2008]

Hi, I am an admin for WeRelate and its my job to patrol the new images. You had a question about the license for:

I assume that you needed to reduce the size of the image in order to upload it. I always do. If you reduce the size of the photo, you reduce the resolution (number of pixels). Once the image is significantly reduced it falls under the fair use doctrine and it ok to post. If you did not reduce the image please reduce it by 50% and reupload. Thanks for your participation in our on-line community. If you have any questions or comments, please don't hesitate to leave me a message. :)--sq 19:44, 11 October 2008 (EDT)

Wycoff and Monfoort [2 May 2009]

My gedcom upload turned up some existing duplicates in these lines. I'll be working to merge them and to clean up and consolidate the information on the pages. Didn't want you to panic. --Judy (jlanoux) 11:19, 2 May 2009 (EDT)
