This is my bio for my 50-year class reunionMy how 50 years fly by! Shortly after graduation, Lee and I were married. I quickly became a mother and tried to learn how to cook for farmers! After five years on the farm we moved to the Twin Cities where I worked part time at St. Lukes hospital as a nurse aide. Once our children were older, I took a full time job at Control Data working as an editor in the technical writing area. In 1973 we relocated to Albert Lea. I was fortunate to find a challenging position working as the office manager at Progress Castings. In 1999 both Lee and I retired and learned to live life in the slow lane. Now that we are retired we spend lots of time in our motorhome traveling the biways of our beautiful country. The hilight each summer has been traveling with our granddaughters. I love to do a little gardening and also enjoy helping our family, friends and neighbors. I feel so fortunate to have found Lee, the love of my life, and to have three wonderful children. Our two granddaughters are our pride and joy. We have truely been blessed with good health and a wonderful life.. This is a link back to my Homepage.
