This is my bio page for my 50-year class reunionA lot has happened in the past 50 years. In 1958, I married Harold Davis in Madelia and we were married 47 years, when he passed away in 2005 of Cancer. In 2006, I met Howard Johnson, who lost his wife to Cancer also. We had known each other for many years, in fact we used to double date for a year 53-years ago. In October 2006, we were married and now we have 9 children, 17 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren. I left Madelia in October and now reside in Albert Lea and the move was good and I love it. We both love our children and grandchildren. It has been fun. You know, the first time you fall in love, it’s a gift; the second time, it’s a miracle. We live by that every day. I retired in 2003 after working with the Watonwan County Sheriff’s Department for 35 years, and I love retirement. We flew to Hawaii for an 8-day cruise and 5 days in Honolulu and it was wonderful! We enjoy camping and have a 5th wheel permanent site at Waterville, MN and go every weekend. Seems like yesterday that we graduated, so will be good to see everyone again.
There is a PBWiki website set up for details about our class reunion activities at Madelia Reunion. This is our class picture,To read the bios of your other classmates, click on one of the links in the table below: |
