This is my bio page for my 50-year class reunion
A lot has happened in the past 50 years.
In 1958, I married Harold Davis in Madelia and we were married 47 years, when he passed away in 2005 of Cancer. In 2006, I met Howard Johnson, who lost his wife to Cancer also. We had known each other for many years, in fact we used to double date for a year 53-years ago. In October 2006, we were married and now we have 9 children, 17 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
I left Madelia in October and now reside in Albert Lea and the move was good and I love it. We both love our children and grandchildren. It has been fun. You know, the first time you fall in love, it’s a gift; the second time, it’s a miracle. We live by that every day.
I retired in 2003 after working with the Watonwan County Sheriff’s Department for 35 years, and I love retirement. We flew to Hawaii for an 8-day cruise and 5 days in Honolulu and it was wonderful! We enjoy camping and have a 5th wheel permanent site at Waterville, MN and go every weekend.
Seems like yesterday that we graduated, so will be good to see everyone again.
There is a PBWiki website set up for details about our class reunion activities at Madelia Reunion. This is our class picture,
