I have been researching my family history for 5 years. My ancestors came to Texas from Alabama, Tennessee, Kentucky and Georgia after the Civil War, and settled in Hill, Johnson and Tarrant Counties in the northern part of Texas and in San Saba County in central Texas. Bluebonnet Country Genealogy houses my research database and blog. My other interests include website design, computer graphics and United States history, especially the Civil War era.
